More Than Just Landscaping !
Welcome to Rolling Scapes Landscaping and Services, your premier, single-source property maintenance enterprise based in Syracuse, New York. Founded and operated by Michael Lorenzo Powell, we redefine property care by eliminating multi-contracting friction and delivering a seamless "inside-outside" service model for commercial and residential clients.
The "Inside-Outside" Advantage
We unify essential property care under one reliable roof:
Exterior Grounds & Surface Care: Professional lawn maintenance, custom landscaping, pressure washing, and property clean-outs.
Commercial Interior Solutions: Coordinated facility care and cleaning science delivered in partnership with Upstate New York Commercial Cleaning.
Specialized Aesthetic Services: Turnkey interior decorating, thematic design, seasonal displays, and home organizing.
Empowering Our Community: The Shield Initiative
Rolling Scapes is proud to create our own dedicated workforce pipeline to generate meaningful employment opportunities for local community members and youth.
Through the Shield Initiative Program, participants gain real-world technical expertise through a structured, two-phase model:
The Cadet Phase: Foundational classroom training focused on safety, work ethics, and academic fundamentals.
The Apprentice Phase: Supervised, hands-on field training for individuals aged 16 and older on active service jobs.
By pairing professional property maintenance with local job creation, we ensure every project drives both superior property presentation and community empowerment in the Syracuse market.
